                                            ORAL ORDER


        It is reported that the applicant/appellant has not removed the
  office objections as per the remarks noted by the Registry.

        The applicant/appellant is hereby directed to ensure that the
  objection regarding insufficiency of Court fees is removed within a
  period of one week from today, and all other office objections are
  removed within two weeks from today, failing which, the present
  proceeding shall stand dismissed for default, for non-removal of
  office objections, without any further reference to the Court.

         As regards the limited interim relief earlier granted, the same
  shall continue till the aforesaid period.

        Insofar as the unlimited interim relief is concerned, no further
  order for extension is warranted at this stage.
