 1.          This application is filed by the applicant seeking temporary
 bail for 30 days on the ground of marriage of his niece.


 2.          The jail remarks indicate that earlier when the applicant was
 released on temporary bail by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2022,
 he absconded for 783 days. It further appears that his conduct in jail
 is also not good. Considering the said aspect, this application is
 rejected.


 3.          Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail
 authority.
