Summary

Jashwantbhai Baldevbhai Parmar filed a criminal miscellaneous application seeking restoration of his criminal appeal (No. 1660/2021) before the Gujarat High Court. The applicant, represented by Mr. Aamir S. Pathan, argued that sufficient cause existed for restoring the appeal. The Public Prosecutor opposed the application on behalf of the State of Gujarat. The Court, after considering the submissions, found that the applicant had indeed shown sufficient cause. Consequently, the Court ordered that the matter be restored to its original file with all attached orders, and the application was disposed of.
