                     Mr.Ishan Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant, upon
           instructions, states that the matter pending before the Trial Court is at
           the stage of recording the evidence of the Investigating Officer.
                     In such circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to conclude
           the trial proceedings, in accordance with law, within a period of two
           months from the date of this order.
                     In that view of the matter, learned advocate for the applicant
           does not press this application.
                     Accordingly, present application stands disposed of as not
           pressed.
