ORAL ORDER
Learned advocate for the petitioners, upon instruction, seeks
permission to withdraw the present petition, however, he prays that
interim relief granted for no coercive step against the petitioners may
continue for further 15 days so as to avail the remedy of anticipatory bail.
In view of the fact that the interim relief is operating since 2020 in
favour of the petitioners, the request is acceded to. Interim relief for no
coercive step against the petitioners shall remain in force till 15 days from
today.
The present petitions stands disposed of as withdraw with above
liberty.
It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merit of the case.
