seeks permission to withdraw the present application, since, by way
of present revision application the applicants have challenged the
discharge application, however, the charges have been framed.

      In view of the same, the permission as sought for is granted.
The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Interim relief
granted earlier, if any, stands vacated. Notice is discharged.
