              Today, when the matter is called out, learned Additional

    Public Prosecutor has referred to the statement of Ganesh

    Vikas Gite recorded on 03.01.2024 which observes that the

    CCL has purchased the ‘Rambo Knife’ through Amazon.

              In view of the above, learned advocate for the CCL Mr.

    Kishan H. Daiya seeks permission to withdraw the present

    application.

              Permission as prayed for is granted.

              The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
