Summary
The petitioners, Ronak Prakashbhai Gohil and another, filed a criminal revision application challenging an order of a subordinate court. They later informed the High Court that the charge had already been framed by the trial court and sought permission to withdraw the revision. The learned counsel for the petitioners requested that the application be treated as infructuous. The Court, after considering the request, granted permission to withdraw and ordered the revision application to stand disposed of as withdrawn. Consequently, any interim relief previously granted was vacated.
