  1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed

      multifold prayers : i.e. (i) to call for the record and

      proceedings of ACB Case No.10 of 2019, pending before

      the City Civil and Sessions Court No.17, Ahmedabad, (ii)

      to quash and set aside the impugned order below Exhibit

      18 dated 18.10.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge

      (ACB) Court No.24, City Civil and Sessions Court,

      Ahmedabad, (iii) to quash and set aside the impugned

      order below Exhibit 28 dated 12.01.2026 passed in

      Special ACB Case No.19 of 2019 and (iv) to stay the

   proceedings of Special ACB Case No.10 of 2019 passed

   by the learned Special ACB Court No.17, City Civil and

   Sessions Court, Ahmedabad.




2. Learned APP has referred to the observations made in the

   impugned order as well as the order of this Court dated

   21.03.2023       passed   in   Criminal   Revision     Application

   No.223 of 2023 and urged that the present application be

   rejected.




3. Perused the order of this Court dated 21.03.2023 passed

   in Criminal Revision Application No.223 of 2023. It

   appears that the charges have already been framed and

   the plea of the accused has also been recorded and the

   order of framing the charge was challenged by way of

   5ling Criminal Revision Application No.223 of 2023.

   Hence, this Court does not 5nd any reason to interfere

   with the order dated 21.03.2023 in absence of any

   change of circumstances, since the charge has already

   been framed and the plea of the accused has been

   recorded.

     4. There is no merit in the present application and the same

           is rejected.
