1.     Learned advocate Ms. Nilam M. Chauhan for the

applicant, learned advocate Mr. D.K. Chaudhari for the

respondent No.2 and learned APP Ms. C.M. Shah for the

respondent No.1 – State.


2.     Both the learned advocates have jointly submitted that

the Special Criminal Application (Quashing) No.2574 of 2014

was pending before this Court, wherein, the matter was

referred to the Mediation Centre annexed with the District

Court, Patan and the matter was amicably settled between the

parties as per the report dated 10.06.2025 of the learned 4 th

Additional Sessions Judge, Patan. As per the terms of

settlement, the entire dispute between the parties was

amicably settled and an affidavit of the applicant was

preferred in the proceedings, wherein, it was also mentioned

that      the      Criminal          Revision           Application            (For       Domestic

Violence) No.814 of 2016 pending before this Court would be

withdrawn.


3.      In view of the above, as the matter has been amicably

settled,       the       present        application           stands         disposed          of     as

withdrawn.
