   1. We have heard learned counsel Ms. Dipmala Desai and Ms. Payal
      Tuver for the respective parties. Registry is directed to accept the
      appearance of Ms. Payal Tuver for and on behalf of respondent.


   2. This appeal is directed against the decree of divorce granted in
      favour of the respondent husband. The matter was referred to High
      Court Mediation Center. As per the Office Note, the matter is
      settled as per the report of the Mediator.


   3. The Memorandum of understanding / settlement filed jointly
      submitted before the Mediator along with Mediation Report are
      ordered to be taken on record. In view of Clause-7 of the
      settlement, the appellant – wife has accepted the judgment and
      decree of dissolution of marriage.

     4. In such circumstances, Ms. Desai upon instructions, seeks
           permission to withdraw this appeal.
