Considering the submissions canvassed by learned
advocate for the applicant and the averments made, the
present application for restoration of OJ Civil Application
No.2 of 2025 is allowed, by directing the Registry to restore
the matter to its original file, however, on condition that
whatever office objections are left out to be removed, shall
now be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
