ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Mr.
Kishan Patel, appearing on behalf of Nanavati & Co. for the petitioner,
has submitted that the supplementary bill issued under Section 126 of
the Electricity Act, 2003 amounting to Rs. 2,77,200/-, which is the
subject matter in the present petition, has been paid by the private
party and therefore, the grievance raised in the present petition does
not survive and the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of above, present petition stands disposed of as having
become infructuous. Notice / Rule, if any, stands discharged.
