                Learned       Advocate            Mr.Chudgar          for          the
respondent – Corporation candidly submitted that
the averments made in the petition are true to
the effect that the order was not communicated to
the     petitioner.           He,    therefore,           requested           this
Court to permit the authorities to pass fresh
order       by      following       the      principles          of      natural
justice,           to     which     Learned         Advocate          for          the
petitioner has no objection.

                In view of above, the impugned order is
hereby quashed without entering into the merits
of     the      case,       with    liberty         in    favour         of        the
respondent              authorities     to        pass   fresh        order        in

accordance with law following the principles of
