ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION
In view of averments made and
submissions canvassed by Learned Advocates for
the respective parties, the present application
for amendment is allowed.
Necessary amendment be carried out
forthwith.
ORDER IN SPECIAL CIVIL APPLICATION
Learned Advocate Mr.Vishal Patel for
newly added party respondent No.3, under the

instructions, submitted that an application will
be filed before the Corporation for mutation of
Temple’s name in the assessment record.
Learned Advocate Mr.Jinesh Kapadia
appearing for Learned Advocate Mr.Havewalla for
the petitioner has no objection if such an
application is filed.
If any such application is filed, Surat
Municipal Corporation is hereby directed to
mutate the name of the Temple through the
Administrator. It is, however, clarified that in
the assessment register, name of the Temple
should be mutated with the designation of the
Administrator without entering any other’s name.
Needless to clarify that mutation of the
name would be subject to outcome of the civil as
well as revenue proceedings pending between the
parties.
Disposed of accordingly. Notice stands
discharged.
