seeking parole leave.

2.       The       jail     remarks          indicate         that       the      petitioner          was

recently released from 07.10.2025 to 30.10.2025. Furthermore,

no justifiable reasons have been stated. Hence, no case is

made out.           The petition is rejected, accordingly.

authority.
