1.       This petition is filed by the petitioner, through his

representative, seeking parole leave.

2.       Having heard and perusing the papers available on

record, more particularly, the jail remarks, it appears that

the      petitioner         was       recently         released         from        16.10.2025           to

29.10.2025           for      a     period        of      14      days.       Furthermore,              no

justifiable reasons have been stated. Considering the same, no

case is made out.                 The petition is rejected, accordingly.
