1.     This petition is filed by the petitioner, through jail, seeking
furlough leave.


2.     From a perusal of the jail remarks, it appears that an
application filed by the petitioner for parole leave, is pending
decision before the competent authority.


3.     In view of above, this petition is being disposed of reserving
liberty in favour of the petitioner to file a fresh in case of any
adverse order is passed thereon.
