      1.          The present Application has been preferred by the
      Applicant through jail for furlough leave.


      2.          Considering                  the        fact         that         the        Applicant               has         been
      convicted for life imprisonment in Sessions Case No. 10/2024
      as well as the fact that the Applicant was released recently on
      parole leave from 21.10.2025 to 27.10.2025 for 7 days by this
      Court and had late surrender by one day, no case is made out
      for the grant of furlough leave as prayed for by the Applicant
      through jail. The application stands rejected accordingly.
