 1.          The present Application has been preferred by the
 Applicant through jail for parole leave.


 2.          Considering                   the        fact        that         the        Applicant                has        been
 convicted for life imprisonment in Sessions Case No. 72/2009
 as well as the fact that the Applicant was released recently on
 parole leave from 05.12.2025 to 25.12.2025 for 21 days by this
 Court, no case is made out for the grant of parole leave as
 prayed for by the Applicant through jail. The application stands
 rejected accordingly.
