     1.         The present Application has been preferred by the
     Applicant through jail for parole leave.


     2.         Considering the fact that the Applicant was released
     recently on parole from 04.02.2026 to 24.02.2026 on the
     ground of financial assistance for 21 days by this Court
     coupled with the fact that again on the same ground he filed
     captioned application for parole leave for 30 days , no case is
     made out for the grant of parole leave as prayed for by the
     Applicant               through               jail.       The          application                 stands             rejected
     accordingly.
