1. This petition is filed by the petitioner for grant of parole
leave on the ground of preferring the appeal.
2. From the record, it transpires that the application for parole
leave of the petitioner is pending decision before the District
Magistrate, Vadodara, which was sent by the concerned jail
authority vide communication dated 03.03.2026.
3. In view of the above, this petition is being disposed of with a
direction to the District Magistrate, Vadodara to decide the
