1.        This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner

seeking parole leave.

appears that the applicant was recently released and also

that no justifiable reason is made out for releasing him on

parole leave. The application is rejected, accordingly.


3.        Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

authority.
