1.         This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner

seeking parole leave.



2.         Having heard                    and perusing the papers available on

record, including the jail remarks, as well as the grounds

mentioned               in     the       petition,           it     appears            that        no      justifiable

reason is made out for releasing him on parole leave as well

as      he       is     recently           released            from         jail.      The        application              is

rejected, accordingly.



3.         Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

authority.
