1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner
seeking parole leave.
2. Considering the fact that the date of conviction is
03.04.2026 and after the date of conviction also the present
applicant was released from 02.06.2026 to 15.06.2026 and in
view of the fact that present applicant has recently been
released and the fact that no justifiable reasons have been
stated in the application. Considering the same, the petition
is rejected, accordingly.
3. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail
authority.
