1.        This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner

seeking parole leave.



2.        The jail remarks indicate that when the petitioner was

recently in the year 2021, he has been remained absconded

for 1065 days; and that his jail conduct is also not good.

Considering the same, no case is made out.                                                     The petition is

rejected, accordingly.



3.        Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

authority.
