1.        This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner

seeking parole leave on the ground to file an appeal.



2.        Considering the grounds mentioned in the application as

well as considering the jail remarks, it transpires that the

applicant has been released on parole leave for ten days on

the same ground i.e. to file an appeal.


3.        In view of above, no case is made out by the applicant.

This        application              deserves            to      be      rejected           and         is     rejected

accordingly.


4.        The          Registry             to       communicate                   this         order          to       the

concerned jail authority, forthwith.
