ORAL ORDER
1. The prayer is made for direction to the passport
authority for the renewal of the applicant’s passport for five
the years.
2. Learned advocate Mr. Aditya A.Gupta for the applicant
referred to the order dated 13.04.2026 of the learned
Additional Judicial Magistrate, First Class (J.D.), Kalol,
Gandhinagar in Criminal Case No.4151 of 2024, whereby the
prayer came to be rejected.
3. Advocate Mr. Gupta submitted that the Court had
permitted the applicant to travel abroad, however the prayer
for renewal of passport has not been considered. Advocate
Mr. Gupta stated that it is a long drawn dispute between the
partners, and, stated that the Passport No.AF373623 issued
on 01.10.2025 would expire on 30.09.2026.

4. The case of the applicant being FIR No.11216024240351
is under section 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian
Penal Code dated 17.07.2024 registered with Kalol City Police
Station, Gandhinagar.
5. Having considered the nature of dispute between the
parties in connection with the FIR filed, the passport authority
is directed to renew the Passport No.AF373623 of the
applicant for a period of three years.
6. In view of the above, the present application stands
disposed of.
