Delay may be condoned if the applicant pays Rs.2000 to the Registry and complies with the stipulated time‑frames for removal of objections.
Summary
The applicants filed a civil application seeking condonation of delay in filing their petition before the High Court at Aurangabad. The court examined whether the delay could be condoned under the principles of civil procedure. It held that condonation is permissible provided the applicants comply with procedural conditions, including payment of a fee of Rs.2000 to the Registry. The court directed that the payment be made within two weeks to the Committee comprising the Registrar (Administration) and the Medical Officer. Additionally, the court ordered that any office objections be cleared within four weeks. Consequently, the application for condonation was allowed subject to these conditions.
