four weeks. The prayer is rejected in view the judgment
delivered today in Commercial Arbitration Appeal No. 1 of
2026 which arises out of an order of dismissal passed by the
learned Single Judge of this Court in the petition under
section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
