Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (‘MHADA’)
regretfully submits that a wrong name was informed to the Court
and, therefore, in Paragraph No.3 of the order, the name
Mr.Damodar Suryawanshi has been recorded. The name of the
Competent Officer is Mr. Kishor Kumar Kathwate.
3. In view of the above, the name ‘Mr. Damodar
Suryawanshi’ be replaced by the name ‘Mr. Kishor Kumar
Kathwate’ in Paragraph No.3 of the order.
4. The corrected order be uploaded.
