- Disposal
- DISPOSED OFF
Holding
The petitioner is not entitled to a pension under the old scheme and the petition is dismissed.
Summary
The petitioner, Vikas Kishanrao Kamble, filed a writ petition seeking a pension under the old pension scheme. The Court noted that this issue had already been decided by a Full Bench judgment. It was admitted that the post in question had not received a grant until 2005, rendering the petitioner ineligible for the old scheme. The matter was found to be covered by the order dated 09/08/2019 in Writ Petition No.2894/2014 and related petitions. Consequently, the Court held that there was no surviving claim in the present petition and disposed of it.
