- DISPOSED OFF
Holding
The petitioner is not entitled to a pension under the old pension scheme and the petition is dismissed.
Summary
The petitioner, Babasaheb Kashinath Pardhi, filed a writ petition seeking a pension under the old pension scheme. The Court noted that the issue had already been decided by a Full Bench in a prior case. It was admitted that the post in question did not receive a grant until 2005, making the petitioner ineligible for the old scheme. The matter was found to be covered by the order dated 09/08/2019 in Writ Petition No.2894/2014 and related petitions. Consequently, the Court held that nothing remained to be decided and disposed of the petition.
