Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The Court held that no relief could be granted and dismissed the petition.

Summary

The petitioners, Subhash and another, filed a criminal writ petition seeking a direction to initiate action against the petitioner's son and daughter‑in‑law. The High Court had previously examined the petition and, on 2 February 2021, observed that the relief sought could not be granted in the present proceedings. The matter was again listed for dismissal on 24 February 2021. Despite the petitioner's counsel requesting time, the Court reiterated that no relief survives the earlier orders. Consequently, the petition was dismissed and the proceedings were disposed of.
