1.      By this Petition, the Petitioners are seeking a direction against

Respondent No.2 - Education Oicer, to decide the pending proposal

dated 9th December 2024 within the stipulated time period.

2.      In view of the restricted prayer made by the Petitioners in the

matter and considering the fact that since 9th December 2024 the

proposal is pending on the ile of the Education Oicer, we deem it it

to direct the Education Oicer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur, to

decide the pending proposal as expeditiously as possible and, in any

case, within a period of 3 months from the date of production of this

Order before the Education Oicer, if the same has not already been

decided.
