The petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution.

Summary

Petitioners Bhaiyasaheb Limbaji Shitole and Sunil Zoting Bhalerao filed writ petitions before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench. The Court granted them a final opportunity to appear, setting a deadline of 23 January 2026, and warned that failure to appear would result in dismissal. The petitions were adjourned to 23 January 2026, and again to 6 February 2026 as a last chance. On the scheduled date, none of the petitioners appeared before the Court. The Court therefore dismissed the writ petitions for want of prosecution, citing the earlier warning. The dismissal was entered as a final order.
