ORDER :


1.          Matter mentioned. Not on board, taken on board.


2.          By praecipe bearing today’s date, the learned Counsel for

the Petitioner has sought speaking to the minutes of Order dated 17 th

January, 2026.


3.          In Paragraph 1 of the said order, in third line, the date

“31.03.2019” is required to be corrected as “30.11.2018”. In 4th line

of the same Paragraph the amount, “Rs.30,280/-” is to be corrected

as “Rs.32,508/-”.      Further the words “and commutation of

Rs.11,90,949” in line five of Paragraph 1 are required to be deleted.

In 6th line, the month and year “March 2019” is required to be

corrected as “November, 2018” and also in the same line, after the

words, “annexed at”, the word and alphabet “Exhibit-G” is required

to be corrected as “Exhibit-F”.


4.          In Paragraph 2 of the said order, in second line, the order

date “1 July 2023” is required to be corrected as “30 January 2020”

and after the words, “annexed at”, the word and alphabet “Exhibit-A”

is required to be corrected as “Exhibit-G”.


5.          The said Order dated 17th January, 2026 is corrected to
