2. The solitary relief claimed in the present writ petition for a direction to
the District Judge, Gorakhpur to decide the Misc. Appeal No. 107 of
2021, "Smt. Laldei Versus Smt. Sughara Devi and others" arising of
Original Suit No. 1200 of 2001, "Surya Nath Versus Smt. Sughara Devi
& others" which is pending in the court of District Judge, Gorakhpur.
3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
4. Considering the submissions so made across the bar, the writ petition
stands disposed of directing the District Judge, Gorakhpur to decide the
Misc. Appeal No. 107 of 2021, "Smt. Laldei Versus Smt. Sughara Devi
and others" arising of Original Suit No. 1200 of 2001, which is pending
before him expeditiously. It goes without saying that all the contentions
raised in the appeal shall be considered.
