Summary
The petitioners, Biram Singh and others, filed a petition under Article 227 challenging the judgment and order dated 25 March 2026 passed by the Additional District Judge, Saharanpur, in Civil Misc. Appeal No. 198/2025. Their counsel, Ram Prakash, sought to withdraw the petition on the ground that it was not properly constituted. The respondents, Mohd Anis and others, through counsel Chetan Chatterjee, raised no objection to the withdrawal.
