application.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to
withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail
application.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with
the liberty aforesaid.
Office is directed to return the certified copies of the relevant documents
to learned counsel for the applicant, if any, as per Rules.
