Holding
The Court granted bail to the applicant, subject to a personal bond, two sureties and specified conditions.
Summary
The High Court considered a bail application filed by Pramod, accused in Crime No. 245 of 2026 under several sections of the B.N.S. and related IPC provisions. Pramod claimed he was falsely implicated, that no specific overt act was attributed to him, and highlighted that a co‑accused had already been released on bail. The State opposed bail, asserting sufficient evidence of his involvement. After reviewing the submissions, the nature of the accusations, the evidence, the period of incarceration since 06‑07‑2026, and his criminal antecedents, the Court found that Pramod had made out a case for bail. Accordingly, the bail application was allowed subject to a personal bond, two sureties and several conditions to ensure his presence at trial.
