NIKIT @ ADITYAversusSTATE OF U.P.

Decided

Holding

The bail application was dismissed as withdrawn upon the applicant's request and the opposite parties' consent.

Summary

The applicant, Nikit @ Aditya, filed a third bail application before the Allahabad High Court. The applicant's counsel, Parvish Kumar, informed the court that the applicant no longer wished to pursue the bail request and sought to have the application withdrawn. The State, represented by the learned A.G.A. and senior counsel D.R. Chaudhary, along with the first informant's counsel, raised no objection to the withdrawal. The court considered the parties' consent and found no reason to compel the bail application to proceed. Consequently, the court dismissed the third bail application as withdrawn.
