The contempt application was disposed of, with the court ordering the opposite party to decide application 7C by 25 March 2026.

Summary

Smt. Meena filed a contempt application (Civil) No. 1090 of 2026 against Additional Civil Judge Sushri Ayushi Pandey for allegedly failing to decide a pending application (referred to as application 7C). The court noted that both parties had repeatedly been absent, preventing a decision on the pending application. Counsel for the High Court pointed out that the next hearing was fixed for 25 March 2026 and that the opposite party must comply with the writ court’s order to decide application 7C. The judge directed the opposite party to positively decide the application by the next date. The contempt application was consequently disposed of without any penalty.
