Decided

Holding

The contempt application is consigned to the record, allowing the applicant to seek redress in the appropriate forum.

Summary

The applicant, Satish Kumar, filed a contempt petition alleging that the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Arun Kumar, failed to comply with an order dated 07-10-2025 in Writ C No. 34795 of 2025, which required the magistrate to consider the applicant's application.
