The contempt application is consigned to the record pending further proceedings.

Summary

The applicant, Kishor Kumar Soni, filed a contempt petition in the Allahabad High Court alleging that the opposite party, Shri Atul Kumar Mishra, S.H.O., failed to comply with a Supreme Court order dated 12 November 2023 in the Lalita Kumari case. The applicant produced an FIR dated 7 September 2026 (FIR No. 0331 of 2026) to support the allegation. The court noted that the existence of the FIR was not contested by the applicant's counsel.
