Decided

Holding

The contempt application is consigned to the record, allowing the applicant to challenge the later order in the appropriate forum.

Summary

The applicant, Kamla Kant Mishra, filed a contempt petition alleging that the opposite party, Sri Navneet Sankhwar, failed to comply with a court order dated 09‑09‑2025 in Writ C No. 31152, which required consideration of the applicant's application. The opposite party, represented by Munna Pandey, produced an order dated 11‑09‑2026 showing that the representation had been decided. The applicant did not dispute the existence of this order. The court directed that a copy of the order be served on the applicant's counsel and consigned the contempt petition to the record, leaving the applicant free to challenge the order in the appropriate forum. The instructions filed were taken on record as Appendix‑A. No further punitive action was taken in the contempt proceeding.
