Summary

The High Court of Allahabad entertained a contempt application filed by M/s Paramhans Furnitures Pvt. Ltd. against Anil Kumar Sharma for alleged willful disobedience of a judgment dated 17‑02‑2026. The applicant’s counsel produced an order of the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Dy.
