Allahabad High Court

RAJKUMARversusSRI RAVI KUMAR NG, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Decided

Holding

The Court found a prima facie case of contempt but disposed of the application, granting the opposite party time to comply with the earlier order.

Summary

Rajkumar filed a contempt application against Sri Ravi Kumar Ng, CEO, alleging willful disobedience of a judgment dated 12 May 2026 in writ petition C No. 17544 of 2026.
