Decided

Holding

The contempt application is consigned to the record, permitting the applicant to seek redress in the appropriate forum.

Summary

The applicant, M/s Chandra Construction Company, filed a contempt petition alleging that the opposite party, Amit Kumar Ghosh, failed to comply with an order dated 26.08.2025 in Writ C No. 29152 of 2025, which required consideration of the applicant's application. The court noted that the opposite party's standing counsel produced instructions and a copy of a subsequent order dated 14.11.2025, though no formal notice was issued.
