PANKAJ KUMARversusSNIGDHA SHARMA

Decided

Holding

The contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to pursue appropriate proceedings before the competent forum.

Summary

The applicant, Pankaj Kumar, filed a civil contempt application (No. 6529 of 2026) alleging that the respondent, Snigdha Sharma, failed to comply with an order dated 07‑01‑2025 in HMA Petition No. 529 of 2024. The applicant, through counsel Samar Bahadur Harijan, later filed a supplementary affidavit and sought to withdraw the contempt proceeding, requesting liberty to pursue appropriate remedies in the proper forum.
